Job Description:
1. Lead the department to implement product development and research work, and formulate development plans.
2. Implement the plan, and carry out product identification, production transformation, and technical specification formulation.
3. Actively pay attention to the development trends of the industry and accumulate R&D materials.
4. Summarize the experience of product research and development, and continuously improve product performance.
5. Preside over the transformation of product technology and the disclosure of manufacturing technology.
6. Provide technical support for product bidding.
7. Provide technical support for the products of agents and partners.
8. Carry out design modification and design improvement according to the requirements of users or other departments of the company.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in microelectronics, science and engineering. More than 5 years of experience in related product research and development.
2. Familiar with the process and working principle of the company's product production.
3. Proficient in the knowledge of the company's products and production technology application.
4. Master the relevant tools in APQP, PPAP production parts approval process and FMEA/CP.
5. Master AutoCAD, Office and other related computer software.
6. Strong English reading ability.
7. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
