The first consideration is poor contact with the conductor line. Some electric hoist contact wire models are DHG-4-16/DHG-4-15, which are specially manufactured semi-closed engineering plastic conduits, embedded with multi-pole copper guide rails with insulating groove plates as transmission bus. Due to the quality of the trolley line, the on-site environment and other factors, the plastic shell of the trolley line is fragile and severely deformed during the transportation and installation process, which increases the difficulty of the trolley line installation. The interface between the sliding wire and the sliding wire is simply misaligned, resulting in poor contact and lack of phase or power failure when the current collector passes through the interface, and the electric hoist is suddenly stopped.

The second consideration is the current collector, current collector model: JD-4-40S/JD-4-60, built-in tension spring to support the sliding carbon brush and the slip line contact. In coastal areas, due to environmental factors such as rainfall and high air humidity, the tension spring simply corrodes and fails, resulting in poor contact between the carbon brush and the slip line. When the carbon brush enters the uneven sliding wire interface, the electric hoist cannot successfully pass through the interface due to the small inertia, resulting in poor contact of a certain phase of the current collector.

Finally, consider the application of electric hoist. When the electric hoist hoists are not used in the standard, there are various crooked and oblique cranes, and the electric hoist is skewed due to the force, which drives the current collector to violate the normal track, resulting in poor contact between the current collector and the slip line and the lack of phase or broken circuit, so that the electric hoist is suddenly suspended, and when it is severe, the motor is often incinerated due to the lack of phase.

In order to eliminate the defective situation of the current collector and the conductor line, we first reinforce the direction of the slide wire interface to ensure that the interface is as flat as possible; The second is to replace the corroded tension spring of the current collector, and at the same time polish the carbon brush contact to make the contact more rounded, eliminate the uneven gap due to the slip wire interface, and ensure that the contact can effectively contact with the slip wire copper guide rail. After that, it is necessary to strengthen the technical disclosure of the personnel using the electric hoist, and the correct standard use of the electric hoist.
